ABOUT // CONTACT
We work with these creative organisations, small businesses and food friends to enhance your experience.
Connoisseurs all. Like us, they understand what it takes to create a space that allows the Food & Words audience to relax and enjoy the experience we’ve created. Collectively, they house the event, feed, water and educate us and make sure that we go home with a heavy tote bag at the end of the day. We treasure their support of Food & Words and appreciate their contribution.
Come on, we’d like to introduce you.
The Little Marionette
The Little Marionette coffee roasters was founded by Ed Cutcliffe with the intention of making great coffee accessible to everyone. From winning over locals as a hole-in-the-wall café in Sydney's inner west, Li'l Marionette has grown into a specialty roaster at the forefront of our coffee industry.
They have a flavour-first philosophy and work hard to establish a supply chain with longevity in mind. Their coffee hunters scour the world's best coffee regions in search of the finest beans, which are manually roasted in their Sydney roastery using a refurbished 1930's Probat roaster. It’s a labour of love which delivers, not only great tasting coffee, but that distinctive Little Marionette flavour.
Respect the environment is key at The Little Marionette and it's expressed in zero environmental impact packaging and support for reusable KeepCup initiatives and organisations like Plant a Tree and C2ZERO. thelittlemarionette.com

Tea & Tisanes
Founded by David Lowe in 2000 on Tinja, the Lowe family property, Lowe Wines produces premium, small-batch wines from their certified organic and biodynamic vineyards on their winery and farm in Mudgee, NSW. The wines are a direct reflection of how the grapes are grown, unirrigated and untrellised, with each wine speaking distinctly of the individual terroir, vintage and region. The Lowe Cellar Door is open daily for wine tastings and regional tasting platters and a visit is the best way to explore the wines, learn the stories behind them and meet the winemakers. Tinja is also home to Kim Currie’s Zin House restaurant and The Pavilion and Bush Chapel. lowefamilywineco.com.au
