Belinda Jeffery book launch

One of our favourite country cooks, Belinda Jeffery, will give Food & Words subscribers and Country Style readers an exclusive preview of her new cookbook at chef Sean Moran’s Bilpin farm, in NSW’s Blue Mountains.
To celebrate the release of The Salad Book (Lantern), Belinda and Sean will prepare a shared feast that includes seasonal salads from the book, and succulent wood-fired and spit-roasted meats.
In addition, guests will be treated to delicious wine matches created by David Lowe of Mudgee’s Lowe Wines, as well as delectable teas from Ovvio Organics and coffee made by The Little Marionette baristas. During the day, Belinda will conduct cooking demonstrations, while Sean takes guests on a tour of his working farm. There’s also an opportunity to visit a neighbouring orchard, and meet Country Style’s editor-in-chief Victoria Carey and contributor Barbara Sweeney who, as the founder of Food & Words, organises food-related events with a literary bent.
Belinda Jeffery is one of Australia’s most popular cookbook writers. She has worked as a cook, TV presenter, writer, restaurant reviewer and cooking teacher.
Sean Moran is the leading Sydney chef behind Sean’s Panaroma at Bondi Beach and Tomah Gardens Restaurant at The Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens at Mount Tomah.
